We believe that food should be both nutritious and delicious, made from fresh, quality ingredients, with options for all.
We want to encourage the timeless tradition of slowing down and savoring great food with those we love.
Our Story
Where It All Began
Audrey grew up in the suburbs of Paris, France and ate her first crêpe at the age of 3. She remembers her mom making gourmet meals, from scratch for holidays and Sundays. From a young age, she saw how great food is often a way to comfort and celebrate.
After being diagnosed with chronic digestive issues, Audrey said goodbye to gluten, dairy, soy and high-sugary desserts. She studied natural health and nutrition to better understand the impact of food on our overall health.
She holds a M.S. in Holistic Nutrition and is a Certified Functional Nutrition Coach.
She noticed that it was hard to find food she could eat.
So, she decided to test the concept of French crêpes at the local farmers market in Waterloo, IA.
After three seasons, she had developed over 30 recipes for savory fillings and mastered the tricky technique for elegant crêpe cakes. She also kept practicing French classics such as quiches, Madeleines and macarons adding her own touch.
All our food offerings are prepared with care and we work hard to have something for everyone including low-carb, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
For peace of mind, note that our kitchen is 100% gluten-free. We do not use any inflammatory oils, artificial colorings, preservatives and our buckwheat flour is freshly ground for better nutrition.
